A little about me

Hello I’m Kirsty I have been a qualified counsellor for almost 10 years, I specialise in working with young people, but also have worked extensively with adults throughout my career.  More recently I have studied and worked with younger children using therapeutic play as a tool for them to engage.

Before becoming a qualified counsellor I trained and worked with children in a variety of settings this included supporting families then progressed on to working as a Youth worker this experience goes back over 20 years.

Since becoming a counsellor I have worked with clients continuously to build up knowledge and experience working with a wide range of needs. Currently I work at a charitable organisation and have my private practice in clacton on sea and online.
